Kimura L. Anderson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and strategic leadership. She is currently the Director of Human Resources at Clemens Construction Company, where she oversees all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce development. In this role, she is critical in fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with the company’s overall business objectives.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Kimura earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/ Business Administration from Delaware State University and an MBA from Wilmington University. She also holds a Nonprofit Management certificate from the University of Delaware, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and community engagement.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kimura is deeply involved in service-oriented organizations, including her leadership roles in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
